Webmaster WP (long term job)

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced WordPress Webmaster to join our team on a long-term basis. This is a permanent, remote-friendly position for someone who is comfortable managing multiple WordPress sites independently.

Your responsibilities

• Day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of 5–10 WordPress sites
• Plugin and theme updates with compatibility testing
• Performance optimisation (caching, image compression, Core Web Vitals)
• Security monitoring and incident response
• Content updates and basic on-page SEO adjustments
• Client communication and progress reporting

Your profile

• 3+ years of hands-on WordPress experience
• Solid understanding of PHP, HTML/CSS
• Familiar with caching plugins (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed), Yoast SEO, ACF
• Comfortable with hosting environments (cPanel, o2switch, OVH)
• Autonomous, organised, and reliable over the long term
• Good written English; French is a plus
